A privacy notice written for this website.

Susman Insurance Agency operates this website. This notice explains the information used here, the reasons for using it and the choices available to visitors.

Details you choose to send

The request forms ask for a name, email address, topic and, depending on the page, a ZIP code, optional telephone number, preferred response method, property category, vehicle count or short message. The forms are designed for first contact. Do not enter Social Security numbers, driver’s-license numbers, payment or bank details, medical facts, alarm or entry codes, account credentials or other sensitive underwriting material.

A submission also carries limited technical proof needed to validate the form: the page-specific challenge response, an empty bot-trap field and the time elapsed since the form opened. The browser sends the request through an encrypted HTTPS connection. Server checks reject unexpected fields, origins, hostnames, values, oversized requests and failed challenges.

Agency response and form retention

Accepted form details are sent to an agency mailbox and restricted to authorized agency personnel who need them to answer the request. The visitor’s email address is used as the reply address. The website does not let a visitor choose the sender or recipient. It does not place submission values in a public URL, browser storage, a website form database or visitor-content logs. Normal agency mailbox retention applies after accepted delivery.

A telephone call may be recorded for training or quality assurance, and a caller may ask not to be recorded. Recordings and client information are not shared with third parties or affiliates without legal authority.

Site measurement

This website uses cookieless first-party measurement to count page views and link activity. It processes the page address and title, general browser and device information, and the referring address after its query string is removed. Form answers are not included in measurement events, analytics cookies are not set, and activity is not connected with visits to another website.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals stop collection. Before a network address is stored or used to estimate a general location, two bytes are masked. Raw visit records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days; summary reports may remain after those records are removed. These statistics help maintain this domain and do not determine insurance price, eligibility or coverage.

Children, announcements and text messages

The agency does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children younger than thirteen. A child younger than thirteen needs permission from a parent or guardian before using the website. If information was submitted in error, use the request page described below.

Visitors may ask the agency to stop sending agency announcements. Any future text-message invitation must identify the brand, state the expected message frequency, explain that message and data rates may apply, and provide HELP and STOP instructions. A first-contact form does not by itself change the terms of a separate messaging program.

Updates and privacy choices

The agency may revise this statement as practices or requirements change. Visitors should review it periodically. A material change must describe the real practice of this domain; wording changes cannot remove substantive privacy facts.

To ask a privacy question, request a correction or ask that announcements stop, use the same-domain request page and choose the exact topic Privacy. That route avoids publishing a street address, direct email address or telephone number on this page.
